How long does it take to receive my order?
Every piece of jewelry is handmade to order with care and attention. Production generally takes 2 to 7 weeks, but some pieces may be ready sooner!
Do you ship internationally?
Once your order is ready: - International orders: Shipped with DHL Express, typically arriving within 4 to 7 business days. - Local orders (South Africa): Shipped via a local courier, usually within 2 to 5 business days. - Pickup at the studio: You can also collect your piece directly from our studio in Woodstock, Cape Town, free of charge. -International orders: Free worldwide shipping for orders over R3,000. For orders under R3,000, a R500 shipping fee applies. Please note that customs duties or taxes may apply upon delivery depending on your country’s regulations; these are the customer’s responsibility. -Local orders (South Africa): Free shipping for orders over R1,500. For orders under R1,500, a R120 shipping fee applies. Once your order is dispatched, we’ll send you a confirmation and tracking details so you can follow your piece’s journey until it reaches you.
Will I have to pay customs duties or taxes?
Yes. Since your order is shipped from South Africa, customs duties and import taxes will apply upon arrival. These are specific to your country and are entirely the customer’s responsibility.
What payment methods do you accept?

What is your return policy?
Since each piece is made to order, returns aren’t accepted. However, if there’s an issue or the piece needs an adjustment, contact me and we’ll find a solution together.
Can I order a custom piece?
Custom work usually takes around 1 month, depending on my schedule. I’ll keep you updated throughout the process.
How do I take care of my jewelry?
– Silver pieces: gently clean with a soft toothbrush and a bit of toothpaste, then rinse and dry. – Soda Pop jewelry: keep dry and avoid chemical products. Use a soft cloth to restore shine.
How do I know my ring size?
Visit a local jeweler for an accurate measurement. Once you know your size, contact me and I’ll make sure your piece fits perfectly.
What makes the SODA POP collection unique?
Each piece is crafted from recycled soda cans, making it one of a kind. Earrings & chains use aluminum cones, necklaces use aluminum cylinders. Asymmetry and colour give the collection its fun & playful look.
Is the CAN RING aluminum treated?
No, the aluminum is untreated to preserve its raw, authentic look. But the surface is safe for daily use and can be customized with colours.

Who makes Morgane & The Queen jewelry?
Every piece is handcrafted by me, Morgane, in my studio in Cape Town, South Africa. I personally handle each step from design to final polish ensuring care, uniqueness, and quality in every piece.
What materials do you use?
As a jeweller, I work with all precious metals. I mainly use sterling silver, and gold is available on request. I also enjoy working with bronze, brass, recycled soda cans, as well as stones and other poetic materials.

Is that possible?
Some pieces may be restocked. Others are one-of-a-kind, but I can often recreate them on request. Feel free to contact me – I’ll do my best to assist you!
