PRODUCTION TIME & SHIPPING Each piece of jewelry is handmade to order, so production time varies depending on my workload in the studio. On average, it takes 3 weeks to a month, sometimes a bit longer, depending on how busy the workshop is. Often, it takes less time, and once your jewelry is ready, it will be shipped immediately. I offer worldwide express shipping with DHL, ensuring that your package arrives in 2 to 7 days once it has left my studio. Shipping is free on all orders over 150 €. Below this amount, a 25 € flat shipping fee applies and is calculated at checkout. Please note: Customs duties and taxes may apply upon arrival, depending on your country’s regulations. CUSTOMS FEES, PACKAGE PICKUP & CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY Since your package is shipped from South Africa, custom duties and import fees may be required upon receipt of your Morgane & The Queen order. These fees are entirely the customer’s responsibility. To collect your package, you must present a valid ID. Make sure to have an official document ready at the time of delivery or pickup. Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is correct. Any delays, re-routing, or loss due to incorrect details will be the customer’s responsibility. CAN I MODIFY MY ORDER DETAILS? If your order has not been shipped yet, you can still make changes, such as updating the delivery address.
